We were very impressed with everything about Absolute Roof Windows from getting the quote, sound advice and the complete installation service. Josh was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and carried out the work with Harley. No fuss, kept us informed of progress and every minor aspect. Everything properly protected and all work areas left clean and tidy.Brilliant, thank you guys.

A first class experience throughout the complete process. From the initial enquiry, a full quotation was provided within hours. We chose Absolute Roof Windows based on their customer service approach, fast response, the vast number of references and recommendations on their facebook business page, all at a value for money price. We were not disappointed on the day of installation, the same high level of customer service continued, it was clear the installers were highly skilled in fitting Velux windows and demonstrated an exemplary work ethic throughout. 3 windows were fitted on time in a day, with no mess whatsoever. You would not have known they had been in the house. We even had a decorator on stand by to fill and paint any cracks or marks. There were no cracks or marks and had to cancel the decorator! Outstanding! The finished product looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh, Simon and Jay of Absolute Roof Windows. If all trades worked like these guys life would be simple. After searching for a company to replace my windows on Checkatrade I was messaged by Josh amongst other companies quoting for the job of replacing 2 very outdated Velux windows in my house. From his initial communication he had already begun to prove himself a cut above the rest - not to mention his estimate coming in considerably lower than the competition. He was always clear, fast to respond in his communication and very helpful lending his advice to help me make my decision - even going as far as to Facetime me to help in my decision making process for blinds and Velux styles.When the installation day came around he sent two very friendly chaps to do the installation who I can't fault in their professionalism, speed doing the fitting and very tidy job they made. I couldn't be happier with the end result and the start to finish service they've provided.Overall it was truly a 5 star experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute Roof Windows to anyone. Choosing a tradesman found from the internet can be a daunting process but if you go with these boys I don't doubt you coming away as happy as I am.Thanks again for a job well done!

We had six Velux roof windows that were beginning to show signs of their 30 year age and needed replacing.I found Absolute Roof Windows online and decided to give them a call and request a quote. The initial call went unanswered and I moved on to the next company on my list.I was very surprised to receive a call later that day from Josh telling me that he'd noticed a missed call from me and could he be of any help. This alone impressed me and I thought to myself "here is a company that cares" and I was not wrong.A quote followed shortly afterwards and whilst it wasn't the cheapest, I felt that this was a company that would do a good job.I can't recommend Absolute Roof Windows enough. We had to wait a few weeks for them to fit us into their busy schedule, but it was well worth the wait.They turned up when they said they would and all six windows were very quickly fitted. Josh and his team were professional, knowledgeable and presentable and they obviously took a pride in their work, something that seems to be sadly lacking these days and were exceptionally tidy.There were no marks left on walls and everywhere was cleaned and tidied when they had finished. The new windows are orders of magnitude better than the old ones.Altogether a superb job.

Josh and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with - from the initial enquiry and advice on work needed, to the communication in advance of the work to the professionalism and quality of the work. They were polite, hard working and very tidy. They worked quickly and effectively and nothing was too much trouble despite difficult conditions due to the heatwave. Most importantly, they are clearly passionate about their work and want to do the best job for their clients extending even to outstanding advice post work. If you need any new velux windows, or repairs to existing velux windows, then as the other glowing reviews have said, there's really no need to look further than ARW.
