We couldn't be more happy with the most amazing job that Absolute Windows did in fitting a new Velux Window for us! First Class A1 and couldn't recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for something similar - this is the company to use! It takes a few weeks to order the window, etc..but all I can say is that it was well worth the wait! Done on time and on price, Josh and his colleague did a highly professional job, minimal disruption to the bedroom area, and left everything spotless. Very happy indeed! Highly recommended on all counts 110%! ++++++

We were not disappointed on the day of installation, the same high level of customer service continued, it was clear the installers were highly skilled in fitting Velux windows and demonstrated an exemplary work ethic throughout. 3 windows were fitted on time in a day, with no mess whatsoever. You would not have known they had been in the house. We even had a decorator on stand by to fill and paint any cracks or marks. There were no cracks or marks and had to cancel the decorator! Top quality service and extremely professional. Josh and his team were great from start to finish. The project was replacing old skylights with VELUX solar powered windows and blinds. Josh was patient, clear and communicative throughout which was really appreciated. Project completed on time and to a very high standard (see photos attached). Would recommend!

After searching for a company to replace my windows on Checkatrade I was messaged by Josh amongst other companies quoting for the job of replacing 2 very outdated Velux windows in my house. From his initial communication he had already begun to prove himself a cut above the rest - not to mention his estimate coming in considerably lower than the competition. He was always clear, fast to respond in his communication and very helpful lending his advice to help me make my decision - even going as far as to Facetime me to help in my decision making process for blinds and Velux styles.When the installation day came around he sent two very friendly chaps to do the installation who I can't fault in their professionalism, speed doing the fitting and very tidy job they made. I couldn't be happier with the end result and the start to finish service they've provided.Overall it was truly a 5 star experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absolute Roof Windows to anyone. We had six Velux roof windows that were beginning to show signs of their 30 year age and needed replacing.I found Absolute Roof Windows online and decided to give them a call and request a quote. The initial call went unanswered and I moved on to the next company on my list.I was very surprised to receive a call later that day from Josh telling me that he'd noticed a missed call from me and could he be of any help. This alone impressed me and I thought to myself "here is a company that cares" and I was not wrong.A quote followed shortly afterwards and whilst it wasn't the cheapest, I felt that this was a company that would do a good job.I can't recommend Absolute Roof Windows enough. We had to wait a few weeks for them to fit us into their busy schedule, but it was well worth the wait.They turned up when they said they would and all six windows were very quickly fitted. Josh and his team were professional, knowledgeable and presentable and they obviously took a pride in their work, something that seems to be sadly lacking these days and were exceptionally tidy.There were no marks left on walls and everywhere was cleaned and tidied when they had finished. The new windows are orders of magnitude better than the old ones.Altogether a superb job.
