We recently had three old Roto roof windows replaced by Josh from Absolute Roof Windows. After reading all the excellent reviews, we decided to take the plunge, and we're so glad we did. The whole job was completed in less than a day. Josh was extremely efficient, professional, and treated our home with great respect, leaving everything clean and tidy. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and we're especially pleased that we chose the triple-glazed windows. During this recent heatwave, the difference upstairs has been remarkable, with a noticeable reduction in heat, making the rooms far more comfortable. A fantastic job from start to finish. I chose Absolute Windows due to the number of reviews, quick communication and a social media prescense. Work was carried our in a morning and to high standard with high end products. There were several issues which meant Josh and the team had to return several times to fix. To Josh's credit he provided a free solar opener for the faff.

Josh has fitted a number of Velux windows for me all of which are perfect. I recently had an issue with one of the motors which would have been a warranty repair handled by Velux. I contacted Josh, who dealt with the manufacturer on my behalf. However, when Velux said this would take 9 weeks, Josh stepped in and replaced the faulty unit at his own expense within a few days, saying he would recover the cost of this from Velux on my behalf. Josh is not only an expert in his field, he is also an extremely decent, down to earth and genuine chap who responds quickly and efficiently to messages. I would highly recommend him and his company Absolute Windows.

Josh & Harley were excellent from start to finish. We encountered a couple of problems that they solved happily. Josh came today to fix a Keylite window, which I know is tricky as I've previously Keylite myself abd they no longer recognise their own code so parts are difficult to get! Josh was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional and has done his very best to carry out a repair pending trying to source a replacement part. First Class service with excellent product

One of our velux windows wouldn't latch shut and I found Absolute Roof Widnows when seeking to get it fixed. When I contacted them via WhatsApp and described the problem I was given simple, clear advice on how to fix it without being charged. The advice was easy to follow and I fixed the window myself. They obviously know their onions and I'm keeping their details in case I need a real repair/repkacement in the future. It is great that such a quality business exists. Well done them!
