First Class service with excellent product

One of our velux windows wouldn't latch shut and I found Absolute Roof Widnows when seeking to get it fixed. When I contacted them via WhatsApp and described the problem I was given simple, clear advice on how to fix it without being charged. The advice was easy to follow and I fixed the window myself. They obviously know their onions and I'm keeping their details in case I need a real repair/repkacement in the future.

Josh contacted me the day before he was due to do the work, and had to postpone for a personal matter entirely out of his control, but it was no problem for him to fit us in the following week.
On the day they were friendly, efficient and tidy and had our replacement windows done quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

In love with my new Velux windows
Josh responded to my email enquiry in mid January about my 25 yr old Velux windows. They were 10 ft up in a bedroom lightwell and really impossible to operate using a pole. He gave me a range of options, costed them all, answered my questions and 6 wks later I'm lying on my bed marvelling at operating them with a remote. Heaven. I went for the version powered by solar panels with an outside blackout blind. Josh kept me in touch with delivery schedules. Did the installation from within the bedroom, no mess, no redecoration required, no unhappy neighbours and removed everything from the redundant windows. Thank you guys. That a week later I'm still enthusing says it all. Installing these is what they do and it shows.

Josh did an excellent job, the workmanship was top quality. Unfortunately one of the windows was broken in delivery (no fault of theirs). Josh spent half a day sourcing a new window, driving down to Brighton to pick it up and then installing it the next day. A professional outfit with top rate customer service. Would highly recommend.

We are absolutely thrilled with the new Velux window and blind Josh and Harvey fitted yesterday. I would definitely recommend Absolute Windows to anyone wanting a similar job done. They arrived promptly at the time agreed and set to work immediately. Our loft opening isn't large but with the loft ladder removed the window just fitted through. Within a couple of hours the new window was in place, tiles around the edges had been replaced, everything tidied up and the loft ladders reinstated. Josh is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciated him and Harvey coming out on a Sunday morning, owing to the job being cancelled previously due to the dreadful weather this summer.
